Spring is waking up the San Diego housing market!

There are now over 4,500 active listings across the county—the highest number since 2019. Spring is historically one of the best times to list a home, and the numbers back it up. According to Zillow, homes sold in March and April typically earn 2% more than those listed at other times. With the average home price sitting at $1 million, that extra 2% could mean an additional $20,000 for sellers.
